Camping at Low House Haven – Only £15 Per Tent/Night

Low House Haven Campsite is perfect for first time campers with the reassurance of being able to check in to the hostel, as long as beds are available, if the going gets soggy. (Or the blow up mattress pops.)

hardstanding pitches for touring caravans with electric hook-up points. Call to find out if they’re ready for your visit.

There are pitches for 8 tents available in the pretty walled garden to the rear of the building. Protected by mature trees, campers enjoy magnificent views of the rolling fells of the North Pennines.

There is additional camping in the adjacent field. Campers may drive onto the field at their car’s own risk, or, if the ground is soft, park in the hardstanding area next to the building.

Campers will be given the entry code to access the hostel’s facilities, including showers and toilets 24 hours a day. Campers may also use the shared kitchen, and cooking is encouraged between the hours of 8-10am and 5-10.30pm.

Campers may also use the drying room and pay-as-you-go washing machine. (A big bonus if camping with small children.)

This campsite is suitable for families, singles, couples and organised groups.
